Location: Selly Oak
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £24,750 - £26,250 dependant on experience and qualifications
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual that is focused on achieving a high quality care provision at our service in Selly Oak. Working in partnership with the staff team you will be the Registered Manager for the service.
You will need excellent communication, planning and strong interpersonal skills coupled with an eye for detail. Leading the team you will juggle competing demands and solve problems in a calm and focused manner. Support for residents, families and staff will be vital at this time so you will also display empathy coupled with a supportive ability to motivate and develop staff.
This is a job full of variety and will be challenging, so you will need to demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness. Suitably experienced and qualified it would be a distinct advantage if you have experience of working with our client group too; younger adults with sensory impairments, complex needs and dementia.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes is essential and you will need to have a flexible approach to your working week; this may include on-call and weekends, as the service demands.
